How do I decide which plan to use?

Our plans are based on monthly volume. If you’re not sure, or your revenue varies greatly from one month to the next, reach out to one of our experts for guidance.

Why is my monthly volume limited?

Banks don’t offer unlimited credit facilities, so we need an understanding of your expected monthly revenue. You can easily adjust your plan as your business grows.

Do I need a credit check for approval?

In most cases the answer is yes, though there are exceptions. Banks are required to verify identity for any financial account, and they also want to assess risk. However, if you are a corporate officer for a large business, this may not be required. Contact us for more information.

How long does it take to receive my funds?

We offer next-day funding for credit card receivables.

How much does Synapse charge in transaction fees?

Our subscription model charges a flat monthly processing fee instead of a per-transaction cost. Generally, this amounts to our customers paying anywhere from 0.3% to 2% on credit card transactions, which is much lower than the industry standard.

How do I set up my Clover POS system?

Our subscription plans come with either a credit card terminal or a Clover POS system. The hardware comes pre-programmed, so all you have to do is plug it in. If you have any issues, we are happy to help you troubleshoot over the phone.

I already have a POS system installed. Do I need to reprogram it?

Synapse supports a wide range of existing point of sale systems. In most cases we can reprogram your existing system. Contact us for more information.

Can I send invoices with Synapse?

Yes! The Clover POS system offers invoicing by email. 

Do you offer ACH processing?

Yes! Clover supports ACH processing. Pricing is based on the type of ACH you need such as check guarantee or simple ACH. Contact us for more information.
